Who says urban freestyle inline skates need to have 4 wheels? The POWERSLIDE Tau 90 is the first 3-wheel inline skate specifically developed for freestyle skating. The heart of the Tau is the POWERSLIDE Nexus rocker frame. The Nexus frame allows you to customize your set-up with a variety of rockering options which you can’t find on standard 4-wheel inline skates. The innovative frame incorporates the TRINITY 3-point mounting system and lets you ride on three 90mm wheels that are brought as close as possible to the boot. The rigid frame is light, responsive, and delivers excellent power transfer in every stride and turn. The 3-wheel set-up is perfect for freestyle inline skating, providing numerous benefits. The POWERSLIDE Tau 90 gives superior agility and control, allows you to lift your heel and toe higher, makes it easier to balance on one wheel, and of course, you get plenty of speed. The POWERSLIDE Tau 90 is a comfortable and precise compression-molded carbon boot that’s heat-moldable. With an integrated MYFIT liner and sophisticated closure system that includes traditional lacing and ratchet buckles, your foot is kept securely in place, with unmatched control and confidence. Equipped with only the best as standard, the POWERSLIDE Tau 90 comes stock with 90mm / 88A Spinner wheels (small sizes with 84mm / 88A wheels) and Wicked ABEC 9 bearings that will give you a smooth, fast ride every time. Sizing advice for inline skates

FIND YOUR SKATE SIZE

For the best performance, inline skates should have a snug fit. It's not necessary to buy inline skates one size larger than your foot size; as they break in, all inline skates will expand and widen over time. It's important to know that soft boots will expand more than hybrid or carbon boots.

3 EASY STEPS TO MEASURE YOUR FEET:

Step 1

Place and fix an A4 sheet of paper on the floor against a straight wall that ends flush with the floor. Wear your usual skating socks for more accuracy and place your foot on the sheet with your heel touching the wall (make sure your heel touches the wall without significant pressure.)

Step 2

Stand relaxed on the foot you are measuring and draw a line around the outline of your foot starting at the big toe. Be sure to hold the pencil vertically to prevent any deviation. It's ideal to have a friend draw the line for better accuracy. Measure the length of the paper to the line: that's your MONDOPOINT size.

TIP: For the best fit, measure your foot after a short skating session or at the end of the day as your foot will naturally swell and expand.

Step 3

Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements. The correct size will be the length of the longer foot:
Precision fit add 2-3mm.
Comfort fit add 4-6mm.
