Torsion Bar

Strategically placed: raised up and / or recessed parts to add stability and torsion

The Torsion Bar system is used in shell constructions, and it allows us to build light-weight and stiffer shells without increasing the weight. The advantage is the higher resistance of the shell against the high forces that occur during skating. Another advantage is the improved power transfer during each stride. The 3D shape with recessed and raised parts are made using strong construction, and this adds strength and stability.
