Anatomically shaped shell with cutouts and reinforcement bars

The Skeleton concept breaks with the traditional look of race boots. It was originally developed for the Powerslide R-series – the R2 and R4 race boots which are based on a glass fiber reinforced plastic shell (GFRP / GFK). The bottom of the shell is cut out like a “spinal column”. The construction helps to reduce weight, adds support and strength, and also improves the climatic conditions in race skates thus improving the overall performance.
