Why do you love to skate? Why do I love to skate? I love an active lifestyle, I love the sport. For as long as I can remember, I have always been involved in sport. But also I love to create something new and share it with friends, students, all people around me. Skates was my love at first sight. It’s a big and friendly community, also new challenges which are very interesting to overcome. It’s an opportunity to be creative, be free, every time and everywhere. You can use skates as a vehicle, it is a very powerful tool for training, which is used not only for your body training but also for your mind and coordination. Skates is a huge world that is full of different opportunities.
What keeps you pushing forward in skating? I am so motivated by new challenges and new heights. Every training I push myself towards the next goal. Even if I can’t do something, even if I fall – I will do it. After all training I love the feeling of being tired, the feeling that You have overcome the challenge, you become better and stronger.
What was your greatest success? My greatest success for now is: Being in TOP-10 biggest competition events (world level). But for sure the biggest success is waiting for me in the future
What is your favorite place to skate? My favorite place to skate is a flat training area, a +line of cones, and a little bit of good music. That feeling is incredible when you skate and you only hear the rustling of wheels under you
What is your favorite trick? For sure a have a lot of favorite tricks, but the most favorite tricks are: toe-shift(noviper), back toe spin
What advice would you like to give? You have to find what you love. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work… is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking and don't settle. Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition, they somehow already known what you truly want to become.
Any hobbies outside of skating? My hobbies outside of skating are: Programming; Vector graphic design; Video making;Gaming.
What is your favorite moment in skating? My favorite moments in skating are: 1) the moment after my performance in the competition; 2) the moment when you create something new by yourself; 3) the moment when you learn a new trick. All of these makes me happy, motivate me to improve myself, and keep moving forward
Tell us about your personal philosophy, phrase, ethic, and/or value as a skater! Yes, you can write a book…? My personal philosophy is to keep moving forward. It means that whatever happens, anytime, anywhere, forget all bad things, clear your mind, and always keep moving forward. I think that every difficulty or obstacle is temporary, but in my opinion, positive thinking is the best key to overcome everything that life can give you and doesn’t matter if the things are negative or positive. Many people running from obstacles, when in fact these are the obstacles, which can lead you to the next level. Some people running from pain, some running from challenges. But for me, it seems like that this is gonna be the difficulty that prepares you for the next important life-challenge. Give yourself a chance to make a difference. Because success doesn’t know such feelings as if you feel pain, tired, or lost. It just knows if you showed up or not. For some of you when you do what you do, you act as if you have another opportunity. Sometimes people do not realize that the main opportunity seems like the last one. The real challenge of growing mentally, emotionally, spiritually comes when you get knocked down. It takes courage to act. Part of being hungry when you have been defeated. It takes courage to start over again. Sometimes we have a feeling of fear. But fears kill dreams. Fears kill hopes. Fear can hold you back from doing something that you know within yourself that you are capable to do, but it will paralyze you. My personal life-ethic is: don’t allow your emotions to control you. We are emotional, but we must keep ourselves in a balance. If you don`t discipline your emotions, they will use you. All our fears, all obstacles, lack of motivation are different parts of our life. My personal way of growing is when I fall, I stand up and keep pushing forward, I feel so inspired, my level of motivation grows every minute, every hour, every day and I am absolutely sure, I will never give up despite how difficult and painful it feels sometimes, but every mistake is a good lesson to become stronger. Don't be afraid to fail, you can’t always win, but don’t be afraid to make decisions.
Do you have a dream? So, just smile and keep moving forward. And you will win.
