Expertly crafted z shield has been designed for protection of the ceramic balls. it has been stamped to absolute perfection to ensure that the ceramic balls can spin freely inside the secure cage made from the nest aisi stainless steel.
The heart of the wcd hcd bearing, These ceramic balls are crafted from si3n4 ceramic material. each ball is expertly tuned to ensure it is perfectly round. Each ball has a diameter of 3.696mm and meet the g5 precision standard.
The inner and outer ring of the wcd hcr bearing are constructed of 100 cr6 stainless steel. they are speci cally designed for inline skating to ensure that the balls freely spin. but while maintaining a deep groove. Each raceway meets a rockwell (HRC) scale of 60-64.
The cage is injected of folyamide 66 material. this material is chosen because it is the optimum combination of strength and elasticity. PA 66 is especially useful at ensuring the bearings are long lasting and GHT off the degeneration process.
