Why do you love to skate? The sensation of speed, the adrenalin and the power to do whatever I want with my body and my skates.
What keeps you pushing forward in skating? The high level I want to reach. To have fun with/against the best skaters of the world. To be a better skater every day.
What was your greatest success? I would like to say my 4 French champion titles, but my perf in the Home Town Throw Down in Portland (2023) is my best against such great teams. And obviously to be able to play with a top ranking team as Montreal !
What is your favorite competition? HomeTown Throw Down in Portland is such a great event: the ambiance is incredible, the level, the teams represented, even the after party ;)
What is your favorite move/trick? I would say maybe… my «shoulder boxing» A lot of skaters are annoyed by my shoulder hits.
What advice would you like to give? Train hard, eat well, sleep as well as you can. It's hard, most of the time, but it's always worth it. And at the end, you're so proud, you'll see ! And don't forget to always have fun.
Any hobbies outside of skating? I'm a chilling expert when I'm not training! But I like working out, walking my dog with my husband, reading some books and spending time with my family.
What is your favorite moment in skating? The first jam, the feeling that you have when you wait for the whistle behind the jammer line. It's surely adrenaline and fear, but in a good way!
Tell us about your personal philosophy, phrase, ethic, and/or value as a skater! Yes you can write a book…? My husband and my big sister have been my inspiration for years. They taught me how to go beyond my own limits. To train harder and smarter. The will is the key. If you want, you can, but sometimes you have to hang on.
