About me: I am born and raised in Zandvoorde. My entire life I have been living less than 500m away from the inline track. I have two older brothers who were also both inline speedskaters at an international level. My oldest brother Kwinten was a part of the Powerslide family just like me. I started out my journey as a Powerslide skater in a small local team called Bemog/Powerslide and later XL Tulips/Powerslide and from there grew to be a part of the World team starting in 2016. Apart from being a skater I am also very dedicated to my education and soon will graduate as a Master of science in Bioscience engineering: Food science and nutrition. Apart from my achievements in sport, it’s also something I am proud of.
