Why do you love to skate? Because walking is too primitive. Tell us about your personal philosophy, ethic, and value as a skater! I’m not really into the philosophical or spiritual side of things, but skating for me is the ultimate liberation from everything that’s happening in the world. I’ve always felt absolute serenity every time. I put my skates on for as long as I can remember now
What keeps you pushing forward in skating? I don’t have a specific reason that motivates me to keep pushing forward, I guess pushing forward is just what keeps things refreshing. Setting goals, envisioning projects, collaborating, planning trips, etc. We wouldn’t be the skaters we are today if we didn’t keep pushing forwards.
What is your favorite place to skate? Natural bumps and launches, classic street banks. But I also really dig kinda confined, lurky, gritty backstreet spots, London’s pretty good for those.
What is your favorite trick? I like just going really fast haha, skitchin’, bombing hills, mobbin’ streets. Gaps, wallrides, and wheel slides are all good fun too.
What advice would you like to give? Just have fun and enjoy it, these times on skates are the best days of our lives.
Any hobbies outside of skating? Cycling, Movies, Beer.
Do you have a life philosophy or phrase that inspires you? No, not really….Bomb hills, not countries.
What is your favorite moment in skating? Hard to pick just one, but a few that immediately come to mind are having a great time with your friends at a spot, experiencing new countries and cultures whilst on skate trips, working on and completing projects, sharing a cold beer after a good day filming.
